This memorable christening dress is embellished with stunning smocking, made from heirloom quality cotton Imperial Batiste. The bodice is fully smocked, with two rows of embroidered rosebuds made with matching floss and in between symmetrically embroidered. The Peter Pan collar and short sleeves are beautifully detailed with hand fagoting. The bottom of the skirt has 2 sections of 8 pin tucks, in between sections and in the hemline there is a eyelet lace that runs all the way around to the back, with a 4 button down for closure and long sashes.
