3M Venture Tape ASJ Facing Tape 1540CW is specifically designed for cold weather and high humidity application. Coated with a proprietary, pressure-sensitive solvent acrylic adhesive with a kraft, scrim and foil laminate backing, this tape is easy to apply. Ideal for use as a closure seal on all service jacket (ASJ) faced duct piping systems or as a vapor seal on ASJ-faced duct board and pipe insulation. It is highly durable, high-puncture and tear-resistant. Plus, it provides solid holding power for extended periods while resisting lifting and curling, and applies easily to curved and irregular surfaces. Tape is UL723 Classified (15/0 Flame/Smoke Rating), and meets ASTM1136, Type I, II, III and IV. Venture into a stronger hold and a simple application with 3M Venture Tape ASJ Facing Tape 1540CW.
